We recommend between two and six players per game. We have six games for you to choose from, so if you are lucky enough to know more than five people, you may add another game to your booking. We can have you all start at the same time, regardless of which game you choose to play.

If you still want to book for 7 people, book either Locked in Space, Chapel of Unrest or Hotel Heist. You can pay for the extra on the day.

Our rooms can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages but anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

All our games are family friendly, except the Chapel of Unrest. This one is a little creepy so unless you want to traumatise your child for life, maybe avoid this one!

When you book an experience with Locked In Games, expect the unexpected. Your brain matter will be tested and you’ll need to work with your team to stand a chance of getting out in time. On the day of your escape game, please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time, so you can be fully briefed on your experience before you are locked in.

Oh and no special clothing required!

Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings. In some circumstances and with plenty of notice, we may be able to reschedule your game. For this reason, we ask you to check times and dates with all your team members before you make a booking.

Yes of course, our games do not require excessive physical strength and are perfectly safe for mums-to-be. 

There may be a little crawling in Locked in Space, so maybe avoid this one if heavily pregnant.

Each of our rooms are quite spacious so should not trigger any feelings of claustrophobia. However, if you do feel you need to leave the room at any time during your experience, our staff will happily let you out.

If you would like to have a nose before you book, give us a call to arrange a visit. We want you to have the best time and are always accommodating. 

If you are one big group, please give us a call and we will try our best to arrange for you to play at the same time - Usually it's a YES!

First of all, invest in a watch.

Even then, we understand that sometimes things happen which are beyond your control, so if you are running late on the day of your booking, please let us know straight away. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to run your game as this will have a an adverse impact on other bookings. In this instance, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Each to their own. We don't judge!

HOWEVER, when you book a game with us, your escape experience is exclusively for you and your team members. Unlike other escape games, we will never add other players to your group . . . your booking . . . your time!

If you want to bring extra people with you, please let us know as soon as you can. You can bring additional people on the day as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of players allowed for your chosen room.

Yes, we have free off-street parking to the side (Roscoe Street) of the building. You can also park for free in the large adjacent car park. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any items left in your vehicles whilst you are playing the games.

If you feel unwell or have a full bladder and just need to leave, please let your games host know by shouting at the top of your voice and they will arrange to let you out. We are always watching and listening.

Corporate, did you say? Yes, we offer a variety of corporate packages, which are ideal as team-building exercises or even just a treat for your hard-working staff. We have hosted thousands of corporate away days and are pretty great at what we do.

We have a conference room available to hire and can arrange breakfast and lunch. Tea and coffee is included in all conference room hires.

We sure can! In fact, we are self proclaimed experts at hosting birthday parties. Our party room can accommodate up to 30 people.

We can also arrange pizza and chips. You are also more than welcome to bring your own food.

We offer a 10% discount to the NHS (we were rooting for you way before it was cool to clap), charities and students. For NHS enter NHS10, students use  STUDENT10 and for charities, use CHARITY10 at the checkout. Please ensure you bring your relevant ID with you to the booking.

Unfortunately, as we are based in a Grade 2 listed building, we are very limited to changes we can make. Therefore, we cannot accommodate wheelchair users. There are some steps to enter the building and also some of our games are based on the first floor with no lifts.

There most definitely are! Did you know there are around 68 hotels in Leeds? Of which, we have a very reasonably priced Travelodge nearby. For the best prices, we suggest you book direct.

There is a lovely pub called Eagle Tavern; a few minutes walk from us. You can also find lots of pubs and stylish bars within a 10-minute walk from us in Leeds City Centre.
